The course consists of specialized aerial application training in the following areas:
- Working with Hazardous Materials and Chemicals.
- Landing a helicopter on a small elevated platform.
- Take-off and hovering with a heavily laden helicopter.
- Flying extremely low level applications while at gross weight.
This course will teach the pilot the requirements to be a competent and safe helicopter pilot. Crop spraying is a growing niche that only a helicopter can perform. A commercial helicopter pilots license is required to enroll, limited dates are available for the course, please request information on availability.
